Haselden Builders is hiring a Project Manager to lead multifamily construction projects from preconstruction and procurement through construction, turnover, and closeout. The role manages budgets, forecasts, change orders, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, safety, quality, documentation, client relationships, and project-team development. It requires 7–10 years of progressive construction project management experience, knowledge of construction financial management and contracts, and experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction financial-management software. The position pays $105,000–$135,000 and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, leave, and other benefits.
