Harbor Group Management Company is hiring a Multifamily Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of South Carolina properties. The role supervises Property Managers, develops budgets and financial performance plans, approves expenditures and personnel transactions, coordinates with asset management and other corporate functions, monitors occupancy and rent schedules, audits administrative and maintenance operations, resolves resident issues, and supports new-community transitions. Candidates must have a South Carolina Property Manager License or be able to obtain licensure within six months, at least two to four years of senior leadership experience managing five or more properties or 1,800+ units, and strong property management, financial, marketing, and supervisory skills.
