Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Mission Operations & Space Services (MOSS) Director to lead approximately 1,000 engineers and operators across geographically dispersed facilities. The role oversees 24/7 mission operations, telemetry trending, command and control, satellite calibration, mission planning, scheduling and processing, anomaly resolution, and on-orbit operations and analysis. The director will define program performance strategies, workforce solutions, talent development, organizational transformation, and partnerships across business areas. The position requires a related STEM degree, US citizenship, a US TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, and approximately 20% travel. The full-time salary range is $180,000 to $325,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
