Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Double Eagle Manager to lead employees across Operations and Engineering, including program partners. The role manages multiple technical engineering and science organizations, coordinates recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions, and oversees operational costs, schedules, technical performance, engineering projects, risks, reporting, customer and senior-management communication, and program documents. The position requires full-spectrum leadership, cross-functional team leadership, communication and presentation skills, and experience with EVM/CLIN, ROMs, ECPs, BOEs, risk management, and strategic initiatives. The full-time salary range is $129,000 to $239,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
