Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Site Facilities Manager for Chelmsford and its Massachusetts microelectronics manufacturing, advanced RF design, laboratory, and office sites. The role leads multi-shift maintenance, facilities, groundskeeping, construction, property management, and custodial teams; manages contractors, work requests, emergency preparedness, expansions, leases, budgets, and capital projects; and partners with operations, ESH, security, and other stakeholders. The position requires at least eight years of related production facility or office maintenance and operations experience, contractor management experience, leadership experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. It is a full-time role based in Chelmsford with a salary range of $123,400 to $229,200 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
