Description
The Facilities Supervisor will lead and coordinate Maintenance Technicians across Lockheed Martin’s Chelmsford, Westford, and Andover sites, supervising a multi-shift workforce with a primary focus on first and second shift. Responsibilities include project scheduling, work assignment, performance oversight, equipment and building-system reliability, grounds maintenance, and coordination with production and safety functions. The role requires at least three years of progressive facilities or maintenance supervision experience, knowledge of preventive maintenance and safety regulations, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
