Description
The employer is hiring a multifunctional foundry operator to operate, set up, and monitor casting machines, furnaces, and sand installations; perform quality checks on molten iron, sand molds, and finished castings; adjust production processes; carry out minor maintenance; transport materials and waste; and support new colleagues. The role requires a technical diploma of at least TSO or equivalent experience, production-machinery experience, safety and quality awareness, flexibility for shift work, and a hands-on team-oriented approach. On-the-job training is provided, and the position may lead to a permanent contract after a positive interim period.
