Lockheed Martin is hiring a 2nd Shift Multi-Functional Manufacturing Associate Manager in Greenville, South Carolina, to manage multiple manufacturing functions supporting the final assembly and checkout of Block 70 F-16 aircraft. The role oversees production, quality, safety, schedule, cost, resources, logistics, equipment, and process improvement; supports subordinate supervisors and employees; coordinates staffing and performance management; and serves as a customer-facing leader for the DCMA customer and program office. The position requires at least 10 years of aviation production or MMRO experience, systems troubleshooting knowledge, Microsoft Office experience, and team leadership experience, with a full-time salary range of $89,100 to $165,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
