Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Manager for its Chelmsford Operations facility, a microelectronics hub supporting aerospace and defense programs. The role manages multiple manufacturing functional areas, including machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging; coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions; and supports cross-functional manufacturing operations. The position requires a degree or equivalent experience, prior supervisory experience, Lean/Six Sigma/Flow knowledge, MRP experience, communication and conflict-resolution skills, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret-level clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship. The full-time salary range is $100,200 to $186,200, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
