Description
The Fixed Wing Sr Production Manager will manage the operational aspects of ongoing fixed-wing projects, coordinate project management, planning, teams, and line management, oversee recruitment, training, performance, assignments, budgets, schedules, and status reporting, and resolve project issues to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals. The role requires production management experience, aviation modification and sustainment program experience, complex manufacturing project oversight, business acumen, proposal and estimating experience, and strong cross-functional collaboration. The position offers a full-time salary range of $121,400 to $225,400 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
