Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor in Courtland, Alabama for a second-shift Monday–Thursday schedule from 1600 to 0230. The role leads manufacturing professionals across machining, assembly, tool and die, and packaging; coordinates recruitment, training, performance, assignments, compensation, and disciplinary actions; and drives schedule execution, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement, and performance metrics. Candidates must have manufacturing or production experience, team-leadership experience, cross-functional experience, the ability to obtain a Secret clearance, and experience with engineering drawings, work instructions, MES, and Microsoft applications. The full-time salary range is $72,500 to $134,600, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
