The role leads Quality Engineers and Inspectors, manages resources and work assignments, communicates quality requirements to internal teams and DCMA, oversees risk and quality metrics, and ensures product acceptance, delivery, and compliance. The position requires a STEM or equivalent education, formal leadership experience, AS9100 knowledge, government-quality experience, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
