Description
This full-time aerospace quality leadership role manages multiple quality, reliability, test, or inspection functional areas and coordinates subordinate recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and disciplinary matters. The position owns quality requirements, implementation of quality management systems, metrics, risk and opportunity management, cost commitments, product acceptance, and delivery. It requires proven quality control, assurance, or engineering leadership, CAPA and root-cause analysis expertise, Lean/Six-Sigma knowledge, aerospace quality-standard proficiency, Earned Value Management experience, and experience supervising both union and non-union workforces.
