Description
Lockheed Martin is hiring a Production Operations Quality Director to lead production quality assurance across the Space Business Area. The role integrates quality management system requirements, product and supply chain quality, risk management, workforce planning, customer requirements, and compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and applicable DOD and regulatory requirements. The director will partner with safety, quality, supply chain, production operations, sustainment, engineering, programs, and DCMA to improve performance and support program execution. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of operations management experience including two prior senior manager leadership roles, strong quality and aerospace/defense knowledge, virtual/matrixed leadership ability, and a Secret clearance with Top Secret eligibility. The full-time salary range is $180,000 to $325,000, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
