Lockheed Martin is hiring a Multi-Functional Quality Manager for its Troy, Alabama site. The role leads quality across Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection functions; coordinates subordinate recruitment, training, performance, and disciplinary matters; manages resources and work assignments; implements quality management systems and metrics; and ensures product acceptance and delivery. The position requires a STEM degree or combined education, AS9100 experience, inspection and drawing-interpretation skills, secret-clearance eligibility, and the ability to work with explosives. It is a full-time role with a salary range of $129,000 to $239,600 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
