Description
This quality-management leadership role manages multiple functional areas across Quality, Reliability, Test, or Inspection; coordinates subordinate recruitment, selection, training, performance, compensation, and disciplinary matters; allocates resources; and ensures quality requirements, systems, metrics, product acceptance, and delivery are implemented. The position requires experience with engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, inspection criteria, quality engineering, quality data, QA/Test and Inspection, and related software, along with strong communication, independent leadership, and teaming skills. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
