Lockheed Martin is hiring a Quality Supervisor to support the Connecticut Assembly & Flight Operations Paint Shop. The role supervises hourly paint-shop inspection associates, leads quality implementation and continuous improvement, manages training and workforce metrics, handles grievances, and coordinates with Local 1150. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience, familiarity with AS9100, ISO-9001, and MIL-STD-1913/1917, data-driven decision-making, engineering-drawing interpretation, and knowledge of Sikorsky aircraft-production processes and organic coatings. The full-time salary range is $95,900 to $178,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
