Immediate is seeking a Multimedia Design Director to lead the visual direction for Gardeners' World. The role involves owning and evolving the brand's visual identity across various touchpoints, defining and maintaining a brand design system, and building scalable production frameworks. The director will also lead print and digital design, oversee social media content, and mentor a team of designers and motion artists. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, strong Figma knowledge, and a deep understanding of social media platforms.
