The role involves creating SCORM and DoD-compliant synchronous and asynchronous distance-learning content, collaborating with instructional designers, managing design standards, evaluating technologies, troubleshooting design issues, and leading web and graphic design projects. Candidates need an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a counterintelligence polygraph, at least six years of relevant experience without a degree or a related bachelor's degree with two years of multimedia training experience, multimedia design expertise, and proficiency with multimedia software and learning content management systems.
