Lila Sciences is hiring a Multimedia Sr. Manager to lead multimedia content creation, production, and asset management across corporate communications, scientific storytelling, recruiting, internal communications, product, sales, and other business-unit needs. The role partners with scientists, engineers, and product stakeholders to translate complex topics into accurate visual stories, uses AI-powered production tools, maintains organized multimedia libraries, and builds repeatable production systems. It is an in-house full-time U.S. role with a base salary of $108,000–$186,000 USD, bonus potential, equity, and medical, dental, and vision coverage.
