Description

Formula E is hiring a Multiphysics Simulation Engineer to develop and interpret 3D physics-based models for next-generation electric race cars and trackside systems. The role uses COMSOL Multiphysics to model electrical, electromagnetic, thermal, fluid, and structural phenomena; analyze high-voltage and powertrain components; correlate simulations with physical test data; and integrate models into digital-twin representations. Candidates need an MEng or MSc in a relevant engineering or applied physics discipline and at least three years of relevant physics-based simulation experience. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Hammersmith London office, and offers annual leave, parental leave, flexible bank holidays, and other employee benefits.
