Conestoga Wood Specialties is hiring a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to safely move raw materials, in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout its warehouse. The role supports receiving, production staging, and shipping operations and requires forklift operation, safety awareness, inventory accuracy, basic math, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in elevated areas. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of forklift experience, although the right candidate without experience will be trained. The first-shift starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with a $2.00 third-shift differential and potential performance-based increases.
