Multiple Tenured Associate or Full Professors in Microelectronics, Circuits, and Systems Design at Indiana University

Indiana University Bloomington is hiring multiple tenured faculty in the Associate or Full Professor rank in the Department of Intelligent Systems Design, Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. The positions focus on microelectronics, circuits, and systems design, including analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, digital VLSI and AI hardware systems, advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration, and power electronics and energy-integrated microsystems. Candidates must have a PhD in engineering or a related field, and tenure-track candidates must demonstrate extramurally funded research, publications, and experience leading research initiatives. The positions are on the Bloomington campus, with applications accepted through October 16, 2026, and an expected start date of August 1, 2027.
