Multiple Tenured Associate or Full Professors in Microelectronics, Circuits, and Systems Design at Indiana University

Indiana University Bloomington is hiring multiple tenured faculty in the Associate or Full Professor rank for the Department of Intelligent Systems Design in the Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering. The positions focus on microelectronics, circuits, and systems design, including analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, digital VLSI and AI hardware systems, advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration, and power electronics and energy-integrated microsystems. Candidates must have a PhD in engineering or a related field and, for tenure positions, a record of scholarly achievement including extramurally funded research as a corresponding principal investigator, current or potential external funding, publications, and experience leading substantial research initiatives. The positions are on the Bloomington campus, with applications reviewed from October 16, 2026 until all positions are filled.
