Multisite Practice Manager – Primary Care & Immediate Care at CloseKnit

Closeknit is hiring a full-time, on-site Multisite Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of 2–4 primary care and immediate care clinics in the Bethesda, Maryland area. The role oversees clinical and administrative staff, improves workflows and compliance, manages vendors and site activities, handles patient escalations, and partners with regional leadership. Candidates need at least two years of healthcare management experience, team leadership experience, EHR knowledge, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a driver’s license; bilingual Spanish ability, clinical experience, a master’s degree, and data-analysis skills are preferred. The position pays $60,000–$80,000 per year.
