Turner & Townsend is hiring a Manager de Obra to manage client construction and renovation works, particularly bank-branch renovations, from early planning and permitting through final settlement. The role covers technical and financial management, construction documentation, scheduling, site supervision, supplier and subcontractor coordination, client communication, and compliance with quality, environmental, and health and safety standards. Candidates need at least 15 years of similar experience, a relevant technical education, proficiency with Office 365/Google Docs, Microsoft Project or equivalent, and AutoCAD, professional Spanish and English, and availability to live in the A Coruña area and travel within the branch area.
