Description
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Construction Works Lead for the Eastern territory covering the Valencian Community, Balearic Islands, and Murcia. The role manages renovation works at bank branches from early planning and permitting through final settlement, overseeing technical and financial performance, construction documentation, schedules, suppliers, site execution, client coordination, and health and safety. Candidates need at least 15 years of similar experience, a technical architecture, building engineering, architecture, or engineering education, proficiency with Office 365/Google Docs, Microsoft Project or equivalent, and AutoCAD, Spanish and English at a professional level, and availability to live in the Valencia area and travel within the branch territory.
