The role focuses on intermediate civil engineering design and analysis for municipal projects such as drainage, roadway, sanitary sewer, waterline, traffic control, permitting, and construction contract documents. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil or related engineering, an Engineer in Training registration, at least 2+ years of professional experience, and proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D, OpenRoads, GIS, and hydrologic/hydraulic models.
