Description
The role oversees and manages ongoing capital projects, serving as a liaison between production operations, capital planning, and other functional leadership. Responsibilities include reviewing project status, tracking budgets for Munitions Acceleration efforts, managing schedules with project owners, preparing status reports, identifying process problems, and developing monitoring and intervention mechanisms. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline and 1–3 years of experience in project management, production operations, operations engineering, process improvement, or a similar role within a large complex organization. The full-time salary range is $70,500 to $130,900, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
