Description
The role independently oversees a museum building and its immediate surroundings, coordinating building safety, technical equipment, maintenance, external service providers, exhibition operations, events, climate control, logistics, and outdoor areas. It requires a vocational qualification in a skilled trades or technical field, strong technical and practical knowledge, independent organization, communication skills, physical resilience, and very good German; several years of facilities or museum experience, event technology knowledge, building and security technology knowledge, and a Class 3 or B driver’s license are desirable.
