Ons Tweede Thuis is hiring an experienced MVB Behavior Support Worker for the Schoolweg residential and day center in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. The role supports clients with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities, behavioral problems, and psychiatric conditions through daily routines, care-plan implementation, coordination of medical care, recordkeeping, and basic ADL assistance. The position works 32–36 hours, offers a gross salary of €2,893–€3,902, and includes holiday pay, a year-end bonus, irregular-hours allowance, vacation and balance-leave days, pension, training, and travel reimbursement.
