Description
The MVZ Manager will lead the organizational, personnel, and financial development and management of the Medical Care Center of Siloah St. Trudpert Hospital, including budget, revenue, cost, billing, legal compliance, employee development, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The role also contributes to site development, digitalization, and continuous improvement of outpatient care. It requires a health-care management qualification, several years of outpatient healthcare leadership experience, knowledge of statutory physician law and billing systems, and strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills. The position is based in Pforzheim and may be full-time or part-time at least 80%.
