Software Mind is hiring a WEBCON BPS Technical Lead to join its WEBCON practice and lead solution design, complex integrations, technical standards, and production support for a client engagement. The role involves designing end-to-end WEBCON BPS solutions, implementing processes and SDK plugins in C#, leading ERP, DMS, identity, and API integrations, reviewing developer work, supporting estimation, mentoring developers, and troubleshooting critical workflows. It requires at least five years of commercial software development experience, substantial WEBCON BPS experience, advanced Designer Studio and C#/.NET skills, strong T-SQL and JavaScript knowledge, and system integration expertise.
