Benchmark Gensuite is hiring a Full-Stack Developer – Node.js, React & Flutter for a full-time hybrid role in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The position develops and maintains software applications using Node.js backend services, React web front-end, and Flutter mobile front-end, including coding, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and project contribution. Candidates need 2–4 years of professional software development experience, proficiency with the specified technologies, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or equivalent experience. The role reports to the Engineering Manager and may include mentoring junior developers and contributing to architectural decisions.
