SGS is seeking self-employed collaborators to participate in Mystery Client programs, visiting establishments across sectors such as automotive, fashion, food service, banking, and communications to evaluate customer service quality. The role includes advisory and training on audit improvements, reporting through an audit-management platform, and local coordination of availability.
