Description
The Technology and Operations Strategy and Planning Lead will drive technology portfolio management and governance across North America, leading strategic and annual planning, multiyear roadmaps, capital and budget tracking, governance frameworks, Clarity adoption and reporting, vendor and contractor governance, and leadership-level dashboards. The role also leads and develops the supporting team and requires at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 2–3 years in leadership or team management, along with a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related discipline. The disclosed pay range is $160,000 to $180,000, with possible discretionary annual incentive participation.
