Description
The Nail Technician provides manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, and other nail services; educates clients on products and treatments; discusses individual client needs; promotes nail products and services; and stays current with industry certifications and trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of nail technician experience, a cosmetology license in the work state, and nail technician certification. Pay is a base hourly rate equivalent to minimum wage plus 10% to 33% incentive pay based on productivity.
