Description
The Nail Technician provides manicures, pedicures, paraffin treatments, and other nail services; educates clients on products and treatments; discusses individual client needs; promotes nail products and services; and stays current with industry certifications and trends. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of nail technician experience, a cosmetology license in the work state, and nail technician certification. Compensation is commission-based at 35% to 70% depending on product and productivity, with weekly minimum pay at the applicable minimum wage.
