Description
The Training and Development Manager III supports FieldCore’s regional field workforce by developing and executing training and learning initiatives, managing employee competencies and certifications, coordinating hiring and onboarding, and advising regional teams on qualification and development needs. The role partners with resource, human resources, and global training teams, leads cross-functional improvement initiatives, mentors other TDM II managers, and may require travel. It is based at the Houston Learning facility in Houston, Texas, and includes people leadership of direct reports.
