Westgate Resorts is hiring a Bilingual Name Change Resale Specialist to support timeshare ownership transfers, resale transactions, name changes, account updates, and contract modifications. The role handles high-volume phone-based customer interactions with owners, brokers, attorneys, title companies, closing companies, and internal teams; reviews legal and ownership documentation; maintains accurate records; resolves transfer issues; and coordinates with departments to complete transfers. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of relevant experience, fluent English and Spanish communication, strong customer service and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
