Boston Consulting Group is hiring an Executive Career Advisor to support senior executives through career transitions, executive positioning, search strategy, interview preparation, compensation evaluation, and onboarding. The role also introduces qualified executives to BCG clients, advises on senior role profiles, and develops relationships with senior alumni, client executives, and search professionals. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in executive search, executive coaching, senior recruiting, or related leadership roles, with Industrial Goods, Boards of Directors, or Private Equity experience preferred. The role is hybrid, with three to five days in the office per week, and offers a base salary of $134,000 to $181,000 USD plus bonus and benefits.
