Description
The NAND ATE Test Engineer will lead and support NAND and SSD qualification, testing, failure analysis, and program validation. Responsibilities include creating test checklists, collaborating with engineering teams, analyzing system and component failures, and running SSD/NAND stress-test rack qualification. The role requires an electrical or computer engineering degree, experience with memory ATE platforms, and knowledge of C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Lua, or MATLAB.
