Description
The NAND ATE Test Engineer will lead and support the testing, failure analysis, and qualification of NAND and SSD programs. Responsibilities include creating test validation checklists, supporting system and component failure analysis, defining corrective actions, and managing SSD/NAND stress-test rack qualification. The role requires a BS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related field, experience with memory ATE platforms, C/C++ and scripting, and NAND Flash systems and test processes.
