Solidigm is hiring a Senior NAND Product/Test Development Engineer to lead test strategy and innovation for next-generation NAND Flash memory products. The role focuses on burn-in and high-speed I/O test development, electrical validation, yield and test-cost improvement, root-cause failure analysis, new-product-introduction and manufacturing ramp activities, and cross-functional collaboration with design, process, reliability, manufacturing, OSAT, and SSD teams. The position requires a master's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least five years of NAND, memory product, test, or reliability engineering experience, and offers a compensation range of $121,280 to $194,100 plus RSUs, RCUs, cash bonuses, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
