Description
Unique Industries is hiring a Machine Operator for the first shift in its Napkins Department. The role involves operating and monitoring production equipment, starting and stopping machines, clearing jams, changing labels or wrapper film, maintaining product quality, completing paperwork and cycle counts, and following safety and quality procedures. The position requires teamwork, prioritization, communication, basic math, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and perform repetitive hand motions; occasional overhead reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and lifting up to 50 pounds may also be required. One year of prior experience or training in a distribution or manufacturing environment is preferred, and the starting hourly pay rate is $17.00.
