Natera is hiring a Test Coordinator for a clinic-based position in Houston, Texas. The role performs venipunctures, verifies patient identities and requisitions, prepares and tracks specimens, coordinates patient care and appointments, supports sales and customer communications, and maintains compliance with CAP, CLIA, and other healthcare regulations. Candidates need 5–7 years of phlebotomy experience, oncology experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a state-required phlebotomy certificate; a BS/BA degree is preferred. The position requires scrubs, independent clinic work, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
