Aldridge Pite, LLP is hiring a National Bankruptcy Processor to work remotely from home, primarily handling bankruptcy and mortgage servicing matters for financial institution clients. The role focuses on reviewing delinquent accounts, preparing motions for relief referrals, monitoring stipulations and court mail, reviewing title documents and client systems, and ensuring files move efficiently to closure. Candidates should have at least a high school diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree, two or more years of bankruptcy and/or mortgage servicing experience, proficiency with LPS and common office software, and strong communication, organization, analytical, and customer service skills.
