Description
The National Collections Manager will lead the company’s national accounts receivable and collections function across Durban, Richards Bay, Port Elizabeth, and Cape Town. The role oversees credit control, debtor management, cash-flow improvement, customer relationships, gain and loss calculations, commission and rebate schedules, ERP data consolidation, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and escalated account negotiations. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field, 5–8 years of experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or collections, at least 3 years in management, advanced Excel skills, and experience with multiple ERP systems.
