WHO Country Office in Viet Nam is hiring an external consultant for a 10-month onsite assignment in Hanoi to provide data analytics, monitoring and evaluation support for the WHO–MoH Project Document and Results Framework. The consultant will develop and refine reporting tools, support bi-annual and mid-year reporting cycles, create visualizations and analytical briefs, and build staff capacity in data collection, reporting, and impact measurement. The role requires advanced training, at least five years of relevant experience, strong public health/data analytics skills, and proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
