The position coordinates and dispatches work requests for fire alarm, sprinkler, and other fire protection systems; follows up on customer jobs; handles escalated calls; manages service-level expectations; and coordinates billing and cross-functional work. Candidates need customer service or dispatch experience, MS Office knowledge, strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
